My Breakfast This Morning


 I recently wrote about how my weight had skyrocketed before my eyes and how I am very determined to ensure that this situation changes.. Since the day of writing that article, I have been trying my hardest to eat healthy and this has not been without challenges. But with my eyes on the trophy (a flat belly :) ) , I am determined! 





 So this is what I had for breakfast today.


 Two slices of bread - 160 calories
2 slices of cheese - 140 calories
A handful of lettuce - Negligible caloric content
1 whole tomato (sliced) - 26 calories
About 15 grapes - 60 calories


 A little less than 400 calories for a breakfast so nutritious. What a great way to start the day.
